Hi fellow Peacemakers!
We are so happy to introduce you to our brand new Substack. In this next chapter of the Peaceful Mind Peaceful Life blog, we are so excited to join this new platform to not only share our newsletters and blogs, but to also create a special space for new content to inspire and bring you joy.
All endings bring new beginnings, and so, even though things might look a little different, trust that the content and inspiration you are used to will still stay the same!
With all that being said, Happy Spring! (For those of us in the northern hemisphere :))
This time of year has always been one of our favorite. There is an energy of rebirth and infinite possibility. The flowers are blooming after months of hibernation, the birds are chirping, and the tiny joys surround us.
Each season of life teaches us something, and for us, Spring is a reminder that after the harsh and cold times of Winter, thereās light, rebirth, and opportunity that can come soon after.
If this season of your life has challenged you, hold onto the truth that everything is always changing. Your new season of life will come. Your time of blessings and thriving is on the horizon, trust and believe that.
A reminder we like to hold onto is: When one chapter ends, another begins- all we have to do is stay present to life and be open to each next step.
Take one small step today to help you move through challenges and struggles, identify an action you can take to bring you closer to your goals. This can be as simple as checking in with yourself in silence and carving out some time to reflect.
Self-reflection and introspection are powerful components to our lives, that can help us notice what is working, what isnāt, and what weād to add or let go of. A little mental spring-cleaning if you will.
Today, check-in with yourself with this short practice you can either journal or answer in your head or aloud:
What are some things your grateful for?
What are some things you have accomplished so far this year that youāre proud of?
What is an intention you want to set for the rest of this month/year?
What are some small and/or big steps you can take to accomplish your goals?
Where have you been spending the majority of your time recently?
What are some things that you love to do? How often have you been doing these activities?
Pause, breathe, and listen to what your soul is telling you.
Let us know in the comments what is something youāre grateful for today!ā¤ļø
I am grateful for the cyclical cycles of the universe. They help me to stay grounded and mindful in the present.
Yay!
