Dear Community,
As we close out Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re dedicating this May’s wisdom column to you—your mental well-being, your emotional resilience, and your continued journey toward healing and self-care.
Instead of focusing on big changes or perfection, we’re embracing a more realistic and sustainable approach: one that celebrates small, consistent steps.
One of our favorite reminders is this quote: "You can’t lift a thousand pounds at once. But you can lift one pound a thousand times. Tiny, repeated efforts will get you there."
That’s what practice is all about—those daily, meaningful actions that build strength and peace over time.
We may not find perfect balance in every area of our lives every day, but we can notice when something feels off. And instead of avoiding it—as we often do when discomfort arises—we can choose to meet it with intention and care. Small shifts create momentum. Momentum creates change.
Sometimes, the smallest step—like making that phone call you’ve been putting off—is the boldest move forward.
So if you’re feeling stuck in any area of your life, personally or professionally, ask yourself:
What’s one small thing I can do today to support my peace?
In this month’s letter, you’ll find:
